MO How to copy and move files from one folder into a another?

Hello. I'm playing with a custom race. I need to move a few files from meshes>actors>character>characterassets to my custom race folder.

 

However I don't know how to copy and paste these files from within the virtual data directory. I tried using the data tab. I found my files but cannot copy them.

I'm only given the 4 options from the drop down menu when right clicking

 

Open/Execute

Add as Executable

Write to File

Refresh

Find the mod your copying from in the left pane, right click-> show in explorer. Find the mod you want to copy the files too, do the same. Copy the files from the first mod to the second mod. Then in the left pane again, right click->all mods->refresh.
