Dual Sheath Redux Patcher not loading through MO

Hi! I'm working my way through STEP Extended, and have reached the final section. I'm currently trying to install Dual Sheath Redux through Mod Organizer, using the STEP instructions. I'm pretty sure I have it properly configured in the executable section of MO - my settings look like this:

but every time I try to run it, I get this error:

Mod Organizer isn't installed in an administrator only area; I checked and the folder was set as Read-Only for some reason so I changed it, but the error keeps coming up. I tried opening it outside of MO and the jar did run, so I can only figure this is an MO problem. I don't know where I could have gone wrong, though! (I'm using MO 1.2.6, btw.) Thanks in advance for the help.

 

EDIT: Turns out all I had to do was re-install Dual Sheath Redux, after launching MO and seeing a "failed to parse: file incomplete" error for DSR's esp. STEP is the greatest, thanks for all the info you all provide!
