Once in a while for no appearant reason skyrim chooses to ignore ini camera settings and moves camera just a bit to the left. I use overhead centered 3rd person camera which is may be why it becomes so obvious. The ammount is small but extremly annoying. During transition from 1st to 3rd person camera goes exactly where it is supposed to be according to settings then slooowly shifts to the left by about 1 unit. Same happens with tfc console command. This offset stays with save files so reloading game doesn't help. I found some people describing same issue (wearewolf transition) on consoles so I am reasonably sure this is not some mod.
