Please explain this error that Wrye Bash reports while creating a bashed patch Sneak Tools Patch.esp

Question

Hi all. I'm trying to create a bash patch for a mod list that uses Sneak Tools and the Sneak Tool Patch. I'm certain that the Sneak Tools.esp that's causing the problem is coming from the patched version. Whenever I rebuild the patch, Bash pops up a window with the following:

Sneak Tools.esp: ARMO.DESC: Attempted to read past (22405) end (161729) of file/buffer.Error loading 'ARMO' record and/or subrecord: 02000D62eid = u'SneakToolsArmorDarkCowl'subrecord = 'desc'subrecord size = 1file pos = 22404Error in Sneak Tools.esp

Running LOOT, it doesn't say anything about cleaning this file. I tried to clean it anyway, with no results. Does anyone have ideas about this?

I'm running Skyrim, patched up, with all three dlc, and Smash 304.3 (Standalone) via Mod Organizer1.1.2. I can produce a full mod list or any other files on request.
