Creating Level List Patch...Help Needed

Calling all mod authors.....help.

 

Firstly this is a non-step question, but i dont know where else to ask. Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

 

I have been given permission by Outlaw666 to create a Leveled List patch for the mod Sniper Bows Pack -  https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50528/? I have already made a SkyRe patch for it. And now im looking to make a leveled list patch. I've spent most of the day trying my googlefu, but its no good.

 

Been looking at the CK for a while and i think i can do it pretty simply, by just adding the new bows to the already existing "LItemWeaponBow" list from the vanilla game. But i wanna check:

 

1 - Will this work? Will the new bows be found randomly throughout the game?

2 - Will this add the bows to the vendor lists aswell? Or do i need to edit/create another list?

3 - Does anyone know of a decent tut/guide for my purpose that i can read?
