I have a malfunctioning game save using MO (awesome program btw) with CTD's etc that I am abandoning, if I am making a new Profile for a new playthrough is the best option:
1) Copy my existing Profile?
If I Copy my existing Profile will I inherit the problems I am having with my existing game even if I turn everything off and turn on a different set of mods?
If I Copy my existing Profile and turn off a load of mods should I move the unchecked ones to a low Priority number so they don't interfere with ticked active mods?
2) Make a new one and install only the mods I want into that profile?
Will installing mods into a new Profile affect any other Profile?
General Question please- if I am making a Profile for a specific type of playthrough (no magic barbarian or Necromancer Orc etc) should I lock the saved games to that Profile?
