Mod Organizer Download Progress Bar

Inquiry about the Download Progress Bar in MO.  When I download files there appears to be a bar blocking the green progress bar up to the 57% point.  I can actively move the mouse pointer over the Progress Bar to update the Green till it passes the 57% point.  Unless I look at the % DL'ed It looks like the download has stalled.  Is this possibly something on my end or is there some sort of design flaw?

It's quite common actually. I just ignore it.

I assume that moving here means flaw is correct and is thus solved so changed tag from Question to Solved as is current policy

Yes that is fine. Changing the thread prefix is good, but now that we have the knowledge base threads we might do away with it in the future to eliminate redundancies.
