Missing Level up/Quest start/complete sounds

Do you guys know the drum sound that plays when you start a quest or level up (either a skill or your entire character) or complete a quest? It's like a quick DUN DUN.

 

That sound is missing in my game for some reason. It's not too big of a deal but I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I'm sure it's just from one of the sound mods.

Good call. I probably forgot to only select the "sneak attack" option during installation and most likely accidentally installed it with all the other sounds muted.
