Failing miserably to get STEP overhaul off the ground

Question

Posted

I consider myself reasonably competent with modding but I am failing at the very first hurdle with the new STEP guide.  This is my first return to skyrim/STEP modding for over a year and things have changed quite considerably and I am really confused by a lot of things. How in the world do I get Wyrebash to recognise other utilities like BOSS? I used the automatic installer for Wyrebash and manually stuck BOSS in the Skyrim folder, but I cant get Wyrebash to recognise Boss exsists, I get no icon! Am I supposed to use the BOSS installer, if so, which directory do I point it towards. Am I supposed to edit the Wyrebash ini to point towards BOSS???

Help!!!

1. Just install BOSS using its installer, then install WB, it should be automatically detected.

2. It helps sort the load order so that most conflicts will be sorted out.

Hope that helps, otherwise just let us know and I am sure a more indepth guide will be linked to or provided.
