Skyrim Revisited S.T.E.P. project wiki question?

Thank you so much for that guide on Skyrim Revisited. I am having a small problem and i hope someone  could help. I got everything to work but i think im having texture and color issue dont know what i did wrong. Some tree are blocky and purple and some lights have a red color to them. I was wondering if anyone can give me any suggestion to fix this problem. Thanks. I love doing this project
