Problems with SkyUI

OK so I've got a few problems:

 

1) I followed the step guide and didnt realise I needed SkyUI 3.2 to use coloured markers and was getting error 6. I fixed that by downgrading...I played for a bit and decided I wanted the favourites menu back. I upgraded back to 4.1 and removed the coloured map markers mod, but whenever I create a group it says group full and places nothing in the group. So I decided to try and reinstall, which leads me onto issue 2.

 

2)I saved my game, closed skyrim, and removed SkyUI from Mod Organizer by right clicking the mod in the install tab and choosing "Remove mod." I ran Boss, GenerateFNISforUsers, ASIS and Automatic Variants, and the ran the game via SKSE. I loaded the save and it said the usual message when you remove mods. It showed the loading screen and then just crashed to desktop. So i continued regardless and reinstalled SkyUI, and ran the same 4 things as last time. Then ran the game and it loaded the save, however the favourites menu now has no numbers on the groups, and I cannot create groups at all (no hotkey tooltips like usual)

 

I've honestly no idea whats going on to be honest :/

 

Mod List: (I have a load of extra mods I have added, which work perfectly fine as far as I can tell, but I do get the occasional and random freeze, resulting in me needing to end process)

System Specs:

Phenom II X4 975

16GB RAM (I do animation so it comes in handy)

Asus GTX 550 Ti

That's all that matters....I run my OS and my animations software off an SSD, but steam is installed on a separate drive, so there are on issues with UAC.

 

Graphics Drivers are up to date for my card, and I have done GeForce Experience for SKyrim, which has put it to "Optimal" settings

 

Skyrim Launcher Settings:

AA = 4x

AF = 8x

Texture = Hi

Redial = Med

Shadow = Hi

Decal = Hi

Fades are set to around 50% for each

 

I use Mod Organizer....if I forgot to say.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
