Keeping MO Files

So, I need to format my pc (too much random installed stuff to bother uninstalling :/) but I just went to about 60% of SR (which is A LOT xD). So I was wondering if I store everything in another HDD would I be able to continue on (like it was never uninstalled) or will I still need to install everything again?

 

I just read that MO doesn't write to anywhere else other than its own directory so I got some hope :D

Back up the MO directory and associated files, including wherever MO is installing your mods to (presumably \MO\mods), plus your downloaded mod archives if you wish. Just restore/copy back everything when you're done with the format. No registry issues to contend with so you'll be good to go after.
