Duel Sheath Redux Patch Error

I am trying to install Duel Sheath Redux through MO but whenever I try to run the patch I get the following error:

 

skyproc.exceptions.MissingMaster:

Dual Sheath Redux.esp has some missing masters:

-Skyrim.esm

-Update.esm

 

Please activate and try again.

 

The Dual Sheath Redux Patch.esp appears despite the error but turning it on and attempting to run Skyrim I get the error about not finding patch data which I assume is from not having the patch successfully finish. Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing the patcher to fail? The only info I could find was about making sure java is up to date and I already double checked that mine is.

Try Copying Skyrim.esm ( normally the only esm fil remaining in Skyrim\Data Folder) from Skyrim\Data to Mod organize\Overwritre
