Question

Hello there, just starting my new latest STEP installation and already unclear on the HRDLC page. I am not sure what I should be doing. My system specs are:

Mainboard : Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3

  > Chipset : Intel Z68

  > Processor : Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3300MHz

  > Physical Memory : 8192MB (2 x 4096 DDR3-SDRAM )

  > Video Card : AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series

  > Hard Disk : OCZ-VERTEX3 (120GB)

  > Hard Disk : Western Digital WD5000AAKS-00YGA0 (500GB)

  > DVD-Rom Drive : Toshiba-Samsung DVDWBD SH-B123L

  > Monitor Type : Asus ASUS VE258 - 25 inches

  > Network Card : Realtek Semiconductor RTL8168/8111 PCIe Gigabit Ethernet Adapter

  > Operating System : Windows 7 Home Premium Home Edition Media Center 6.01.7601 Service Pack 1 (64-bit)

  > DirectX : Version 11.00

Was just wondering if I need to D/L the HRDLC Optimized? Any help really appreciated.

No problemo :)

If you happen to come across low performance issues you can alway download HRDLC Optimized mod later on. If you use Mod Organizer you can just put it in the correct place in the install order and it will overwrite all the relevant textures accordingly without a need to reinstall everything from scratch.

Thread marked as solved.
