Error: Assertion failure (C:\Delphi\Projects\DynDOLOD3\Core\wbImplementation.pas, line 7687)

Checked my load order and plugins and I'm quite sure that they are fine.

Remove old DynDOLOD output and generate from scratch.

I'm news to this modding community and have been trying to learn about it as much as I can but there are still lot of things that I don't understand properly and this issue is one of them.
Everytime I run DynDOLOD I come across this error(screenshot attached) which I have no idea how to resolve. Can you please have a look into it. Any help will be appreciated.
