Follow the suggestion to check the FAQ to find this:
 
FAQ: DynDOLOD.exe: Can not copy xxxx from xxxx.esp into xxx.esp
 
A: Often caused by a broken bashed patch. Use a newer Wrye Bash version to create the patch or do not use the merge patches option. 
 
A: There is a plugin in the load order with errors. Check the load order for errors with xEdit.exe before generating LOD. Fix all errors. See this video for help.

If you search the forum for the "can not copy" error message you will find that it is often caused by a broken Bashed Patch. If removing the Bashed Patch lets the process continue, delete it and create a new one with the latest WiP Wrye Bash from their Discord.

 

If problem persists, post error report with entire contents (not just the last couple lines) of ..\DynDOLOD\bugreport.txt and ..\DynDOLOD\logs\DynDOLOD_SSE_log.txt to official forum

Okay I've modded enough that I've heard the those terms before but I've never actually worked with Wyre Bash before. The only thing I can think of is the Weapons Armor and Clothing Clutter Fixes mod.....it comes with a WAACF_BashedPatchLvlListFix.esp however i tried removing it to see if the process would go through and it won't. sseedit auto cleaned. As well as opened it up manually and there are a lot of errors it doesnt auto clean. I removed form id errors but there are many different kinds of errors I am seeing that I have no idea what to do with and I am scared to mess with them for fear of breaking my game lol. Currently running a boat load of mods and its stable enough. All in all this seems like an incredible hassle to try and get working if I have to figure out how to fix all of those errors, which may not even solve my problem. So I think I have actually decided to just not use the mod :(

To troubleshoot this particular error look at the mentioned form id of the REFR, CELL and WRLD specifically and if they show any unresolved errors. Also check / test without the last plugins to overwrite each.

 

Whatever the cause of the error, it should be fixed so to not have any errors or problems in the game later.

All i know is LOOT tells me The Great Cities- Minor Cities and Towns is incompatible with Jk's skyrim and thats where a lot of conflicts are happening but I am also using the patch for that. I've been able to make it quite far into the game without many issues so I think I'm just not going to mess with it too much and keep playing until I finish or this save breaks. Thanks for your suggestions :)
