I swear I'm not missing this Master!?

I'm trying to install Ultimate NPC Overhaul. Mod Organizer says that I'm missing SGHairPackAIO.esp and SGHairPackBase.esm. The only problem is that I'm not missing those files. I have them installed and enabled. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't fix it and I'm not sure what to do next. Skyrim is also crashing after the Bethesda logo, so I know something's not checking out but I don't know how to fix it and I really want this mod so if someone could please give me a next step to try I would really appreciate it!

Is SGHairPackAIO.esp and SGHairPackBase.esm both loading before the Ultimate NPC Overhaul plugins in the right pane?

 

Just to be certain, when you hold the mouse pointer over the plugin with the triangle/exclamation point icon, you are reading the line starting with "Missing Masters" and you've verified the plugins in your load order have the exact same name as the plugins listed in the Missing Masters message?
