Either the Installer or the Standalone Executable should be fine. The primary difference is that the installer installs a single instance of Wrye Bash and it's fairly easy to install and get going. The Standalone Executable is more of a portable version that can be extracted and run from pretty much anywhere, but it may require a bit more hand-holding to get going. The source is useful only if you want to make changes and compile Wrye Bash on your own.

EDIT: Either way you go, do not install Wrye Bash into C:\Program Files, C:\Program Files (x86), or any folder subject to user access control.
