MO cant work with LOOT and FNIS

Install MO, LOOT and FNIS followed the guide. LOOT and FNIS were added to the list of executable successfully. But launching the application fails. Mod Organizer locks for a few seconds, but then simply unlocks and does nothing. LOOT and FNIS seem not run via MO at all! But SKSE works nomally via MO. It is really strange.

Now, as to your issue the log says this

If you have moved your game you will need to run it at least once from the desktop to re-establish these registry settings. Doing so should allow MO to "see" the game and your tools.

Without your logs to see what is happening it is almost impossible to tell you what to do.

 

On another note with Nexus changing it's filesystem protocols in the next few weeks MO1 will not be able to download mods anymore and you may want to consider using MO2 instead.

Is "D:\Program Files\Skyrim" your game folder where Skyrim is installed? I'm asking because I know this can cause a stack overflow exception (0xC00000FD) in Mod Organizer 2, but I've never seen a stack overflow with Mod Organizer 1.3.11.

Yes.  "D:\Program Files\Skyrim" is where Skyrim is installed. How to do with this issue?

MO2 runs FNIS normally, but LOOT cant "see" ESPs of mods now.
