Get an error

I havent used DynDOLOD in a long time and I went to use it in SE following the video instructions on the mod page but every time I try to start TexGen or DynDLOD I get "Fatal:Could not open registry key:\SOFTWARE\Bethesda Software\Skyrim\ This can happen after Steam updates,run games launcher to restore registry settings" I did what it said and it wont start could someone please help wit this Thank you.

Add -sse as a command line parameter to DynDOLOD.exe/DynDOLODx64.exe or TexGen.exe/TexGenx64.exe to start the tools in Skyrim SE mode. See DynDOLOD-Shortcut.txt for help.
