Can I do it, can I succeed it (custom flora overhaul)?

I want to use these (bellow):

 

1. Vanilla Vegetation Overhaul (SSE)

2. Enhanced Vanilla Trees (Oldrim) - the author wrote that "as far as he recall, the mod is working on SSE".

3. Realistic Aspen Trees 4k  (SSE)

4. Simple Bigger Trees (SSE)

5. ΗQ Tree Bark  (SSE)

6. Immersive Fallen Trees (Oldrim)

7. Unique Flowers And Plants (Oldrim)

8. Unique Grasses and Groundcovers - Nature and Landscape Enhancement (Oldrim)

9a. Verdant no Road water grass and landscape (Oldrim)... or...

9b. Landscape Fixes For Grass Mods (SSE)

10. Verdant - A Skyrim Grass (SSE)

11. 1. Vanilla Vegetation Overhaul (SSE)

Can I use the "oldrim" mods together with the SSE ones?

If you use EVT you don't need SBT since both have big trees. I chose SBT.

 

All mods can be usable but Oldrim mods will need converting to SSE.

I know how to convert them. So, I can - and leave the EVT, if I'll play around with the SBT.

Are the above (list) mods CONFLICTING each other (some of them or more), to avoid convert and use them?

They will conflict with other mods you may have (ex: town overhauls). You may need to remove, resize or move some trees or plants, especially verdant will clip a lot.
