FOMOD - What is it, what does it stand for?

I know I'm a total newb, so here goes....  What is FOMOD?  What does it stand for?  I thought I was using MO.  I'm guessing FOMOD is a scripting structure that MO uses?

If I had just an ounce of what you know about this stuff, I would consider myself smart. You are a pure genius in my book. Thank you for all that you do.

I just spend a lot of time on this stuff and have been gradually building up my knowledge over the years.  6 months ago I didn't have any idea how FOMODs worked.  I learned the format because I needed to in order to make Mod Analyzer work.

 

I'm not all that special, I just work hard.  Thank you, though.  ;)
