SMIM-DungeonsCliffsIceSkirts.esp Missing? If Optional, does it matter?

Just got to SMIM, and moved everything up to Optional, as per Recommendations.  Except that Dungeons is missing.  If it's not there anyways, will that be a problem later on down the line?  Or should I try it again?  

Maybe I missed a step somewhere, but if it's redundant anyways, will it matter?

Don't know why it isn't there for you, maybe you chose a different option, at any rate it doesn't matter as it is covered by the STEP Patches mod.
