A specific animation question for torches



So I realized that when your weapons are sheathed, tor_1stp_walk.hkx is used for both walking and running. When you have your weapons drawn, it properly uses tor_1stp_run.hkx while running. Both sheathed and unsheathed properly uses torch_sprintforward.hkx while sprinting.

Is there any way to utilize tor_1stp_run.hkx while my weapons are sheathed?
