Using the 2.1.0 guide, after running Nemesis for the first time, it does not generate the FNIS plugin. I tried running MO as an admin and using Windows 7 compatibility mode for Nemesis, to no avail. Screenshot attached, just in case it might offer some insight.

Basically the title. Can i use Nemesis instead of FNIS? Will that break things? I know I saw at least one mod that required FNIS but I've also heard Nemesis creates a dummy file to resolve dependencies.
