Alright, easy enough. In order to redo any merge affected by the lack of Primer I should run the Script Merger again, right?

Now I have another issue, I want to uninstall Primer but I don't have a clue about how to do it without destroying the balance of the game. Simply disabling it through NMM won't simply do it, I guess. I saw the option Uninstall Primer in the in-game Mod menu, but toggling that won't kill the mod's functions.

Yeah, turns out that was the issue...and a borky install of mod kit. Now all is working and I'm enjoying the game. Thanks a lot Talos!

Hello guys, I was trying to follow the guide today and everything was alright until I reached the modkitchen part.
