Varsooth

Hello, all. First, thanks to everyone involved with developing M.O. Anyway, when I Sort using MO, many of the mods show as Dirty in the Right hand pane. If I close and restart MO they show as normal. Second, when I have a CTD and I get back to the Desktop and look at MO, some of the mods in the Left hand pane are highlighted Red. Does this indicate anything I should know about? I use STEP, Fnis, SKSE, TESEdit, and have LOOT installed separately plus the version that comes with MO. TIV (thanks in advance) for your time....
