I tried moving the DynDOLOD install outside of MO and into the root directory of the drive. It still freezes in the same place.

Okay, I'm upgrading from 1.xx to 2.11 and everything up until finishing DynDOLOD has been smooth. I'm using Mod organizer and have watched GamerPoet's video over and over, but I still cannot manage to get DynDOLOD.exe to finish and I can't figure out why. Here's my current Skyrim plugin load order list. I have a few mods that I have disabled because I'm trying to set this up to work with Open Cities Skyrim. Texgen completes properly, there are no issues there. DynDOLOD.exe freezes and never finishes at this point: I've installed a tree billboard for skyrim floral overhaul. I've unchecked "Have MO manage archives"I've installed the required DynDOLOD resources package and the patches.What am I doing wrong or is it the program itself? here's the log file.
