So after a long while i found a fix. In your skyrim data folder, you must remove the usleep patch.ini and if you have it, the alternate start live another life.ini then you can use patchus maximus. After the patching is complete you can move the 2 ini files back into the data folder. This fixed my issue and im not sure if it will fix all other issues.

ya i looked at those fixes, but they seem to apply to my situation my bad, i meant to say those fixes don't apply to my situation. i cant seem to find the edit button.

ya i have on the nexus mod page, but still know one seems to know the problem. The bsa files are in the data folder.

when i try to run pathcus maximus i get the error "skyproc.exceptions.missingmaster: update.esm has some missing masters: skyrim.esm" but this applies to all offical esms. I have tried using the unofficial patches and USLEEP but neither of them solve my problem. (not using @ the same time). i have sorted my load order with LOOT. So I have ran asis and dual sheath redux patcher without a problem. So this problem is directly related to patchus maximus. Apparently this was a common problem before and i have tried all previous fixes to no avail. I am also using NMM.
