Looks good so far, thanks a lot

I haven't found anything helpful through searching, so I decided to ask directly; let me know if I've missed something. I recently noticed that there have been several bug fixes and changes within USLEEP since I first finished following the Step guide a couple of months ago, and I wanted to see if there is anything I need to know before updating the patch. Can I do so without having to run through any of the STEP process again? Would it have any effect on an existing save? I have everything running smoothly, so I'd rather not do anything too involved if I can help it. If it helps, I'm using Mod Organizer and running the Core with just a few minor mods added.
