  1. I see. Uh while i have specifically you answering this thread could you take a look at this newer topic of mine in regards to your guide? I'd really appreciate it: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/13437-doing-techangel85sse-guide-am-stuck-short-before-the-end-please-help-me-understanding-a-paragraph-about-fixing-bashed-patch-in-sseedit/
  2. I am near the end of TechAngels guide and so far so good. However i have NO idea what he means with this passage: Again until now i have had no problem following the guide since this isn't my first modbuild. I know what he means with load up SSEEdit. However i do not know: How do i do these corrections? Where do i input these numbers and textpassages? How do i forward keywords and flag data or Object bounds? I am so close to finishing this build any help/sharing of knowledge would be appreciated.
  3. I am sorry if this appears unnecessary, i just want to be safe. Is the Current STEP Guide v2.10.0 based on the SSE Version of the game? Nowhere in the guide does it explicitly mention wich version of Skyrim it is based on. Now, i do think its SSE since its recommendation for RAM is 8Gb or bigger but nowhere does it state that and i just want to be sure of this base information before i go into constructing this build.
  4. Hi i made this account solely to point something out. I stumbled upon something small that may throw off people. On this part of the guide Link to the detiled ENBoost Configuration information under Configure is the following: The following are important changes that are either required or highly recommended by STEP. Advanced users see the detailed INI configuration settings for more information: Again, this is nothing big. But at that moment i was puzzled for a second, because i didn't know if you meant the Skyrim ini or the ENBlocal ini. And i already have edited inis before. Someone that is diving into this for the first time might get confused and start editing the Skyrim ini instead the ENBlocal ini. Perhabs simply changing the first sentence to: The following are important changes to the ENBlocal.ini that are either required or highly recommended by STEP. This avoids any confusion. At least the kind of unsecure confusion of "am i doing this right?" and "i hope i am not breaking the game!" that i remember having when i first started modding via the Guide. :-)
