 I removed the patch completely and patched again and it worked. Solved

I found the reason mod organizer wasn't running the patch. It's because it doesn't work with java x64 and it needs java x32. So I got java x32, I ran the patcher but I still get the error In game that the patch is missing.

I searched the forums for a solution and I found this. It's not working though here's the error I get.

I looked in AppData\Local\Skyrim for loadorder.txt but it only has this inside: I added Dual Sheath Redux.esp but it didn't work.Then I noticed my plugins.txt is empty. How can I fix this?

Thanks for that. I selected them because it said so in the notes. It didn't specify "ONLY IF you install x" I have another question, In what order do I load them?

I did exactly this.

When am I supposed to clean? After installing all the mods or after each one?

I didn't know what to do so I selected NO when prompted to extract BSA files and selected the box to remember my choice. Then I noticed this. How can I change it back now?

No Idea What you mean by "the installer" am I supposed to use nexus mod manager? This is so confusing.Please list all the boxes I need to check here.
