As an experiment try disabling the following mods
Serious HD Retexture Skyrim
Skyrim Flora Overhaul
Skyrim HD - 2K Textures
Static Mesh Improvement Mod v1.88
See if things improve at all. I have found these to be FPS intensive in spots. Story Book mode. 2 FPS from 60.
