Find this folder in your steam installation directory: "...SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\skse\plugins" Look for hook.dll, and mo_*.txt and delete them. These belonged to the Mod Organizer installation which, apparently, you do not use anymore. This will help you. Yes.
