Category issue with MO

Hi, I'm a new Mod organizer user, and so far I'm loving it, but I don't know what I did, but I messed it up, so now every new mod I install is put into this "Category" and Even if I remove all the mods from it, if I re-install them, they go right back in. Here's a screenshot to see what I mean
