Understood that's how it's designed to work. I'm saying if, in absence of specific rules to the contrary, LOOT ordered the right pane to match the left pane, a lot of hand work would be made unnecessary.

I organize things on the left in the order I want them. MO doesn't seem to keep things on the right in the same order, where possible. It's a problem because if loose files are overwriting in an order I want on the left and esp records have to overwrite the same way, I have to check by hand to make sure MO is doing the right thing. Obvs, sometimes the esps have to go in a certain order, and sometimes the groups define an order. But where there's not such a constraint, I'd rather the esps get ordered like the left pane if possible. Is there a way to do this?

I run with kinda lots of profiles because I create mods and each gets its own testing profile. I also tend to add other people's mods a lot. I'm using the separator mechanism to group mods (left side) sensibly. Is there any convenient way to keep all my profiles in sync when I rearrange things or add a new mod? Ideally it would keep the same mods selected/unselected as I started with, but I can handle it if I lose those.
