I just started a playthrough of DUST and the rates are killing me - I'd like to turn the timescale down to a much more "stable" (read: less insane) level. I can't use Project Nevada Rebalance (it conflicts with DUST pretty badly) even though I know it has those options. I've heard about using FNVEdit to change these values but I'd have no clue how to with Mod Organizer. Any solutions/mod suggestions?
