Hey Guys! Im really struggling with this issue. I have tried a variety of fixes and tweaks but none seem to make any difference. I would be really appreciative if someone could help me out here, its ruining the game for me. My specs are as follows: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 8GB Ram Intel Core I5-4690 @ 3.5 GHz Windows 8.1
