When the option comes up when installing mods, do you merge files or replace them in MO?

What do you do for files like Double cursor Fix where you have files outside of the Data folder to install (It has a SRC folder as well with two plugins). Do those still get installed, because they appear to be removed.

Any time I have to install a mod from the disk this comes up. The tutorial says nothing about it. How do I make this not happen?

Link doesn't go to a mod - just an error note on Nexus hat the mod isn't found.

I clicked the download link on the site, and all I got was this file with an obnoxiously long name that neither me nor my PC has even the slightest idea of what to do with.
