For the ENB section I want to suggest RealVision ENB from SkyrimTuner. The author gives a really detailed instruction for installations of the needed mods. He keeps it up to date every time he sees a possibility of  improving the results. His installation guide makes Skyrim look much more better even for those who aren't using an ENB. He is very helpful if there are questions and the most important: The result looks great. Just take a look to the image section of his mod. Sorry for my odd english. It's not my native tongue.
