  1. The attached file is the one that came with Project ENB. I've edited it so that EnableProxyLibrary=false in order to make my game run. I guess I was wondering if anyone knew what specifically the Project ENB .dll file added to determine if I should continue to look for a fix to using it or not, or if anyone else had any ideas as to why it might not be working for me and how I might fix it.
  2. It does exist, it came with the Project ENB files. I'm not sure why trying to load this is causing me to be unable to load the game though?
  3. After following the instructions on the Nexus page for installing Project ENB, my Skyrim no longer loads. When I try and launch from within MO it seems to crash before even opening the game. I found that dropping in the enblocal.ini file to my Skyrim main folder seems to be what's causing the issue, and when I searched on here I found another post suggesting someone set EnableProxyLibrary=false in the enblocal.ini file, which seems to have fixed the issue. The game now loads properly again, and it seems to have the ENB effects. My question though is what is that setting in the ini for? Is it part of Project ENB, and if so am I missing out on some of the Project settings as a result of this change? I've attached my enblocal.ini file if that helps. https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Espiem/SystemSpecs enblocal.ini
  4. Ok, I figured out the vsync issue. Where I had previously read that iPresentInterval = 1 needed to be in the skyrimprefs.ini, it in fact needs to go into the skyrim.ini. This fixed my problem with FPS limiting, which also seems to have fixed the issue with the carts flying all over the place. Unfortunately it does cause some issues with mouse cursor acceleration, but hopefully once I get everything else in place I can turn vsync back off anyway. Thanks for the help, and hope this clarifies for someone else running into the same issue.
  5. Yeah, I mean I can just continue on I suppose. I'm sure at some point I'll have enough stuff in that I won't be running above 60 FPS anyway, especially if I put an ENB in. But it seems odd to me that no matter what I do I can't seem to limit the FPS in game.
  6. Not sure I have an ENBlocal.ini? Like I said, I haven't done anything but install the game, the basic utilities in STEP 1.C, done the ini tweaks in 1.D, and the display stuff in 1.E. ENBoost isn't in the install list until 2.C so I haven't gotten there yet. What I don't get is why when I enable vsync in my video card settings in the NVIDIA control panel, the setting is sticking.
  7. Alright, I've been trying to fix this for the last few hours and no luck. As far as disabling script heavy mods, I have no mods running at all. The only thing that's on is the Skyrim game, the DLC's, and the high res texture pack, all of which I can't modify in MO anyway. From what I've read it looks like my PC running the game at higher than 60 FPS is the issue, but I can't seem to slow it down. All of the things I've seen on how to enable vsync aren't working. I've put the iPresentInterval=1 into my skyrimprefs.ini, still high frame rates. I've tried forcing vsync through the NVIDIA software, but as soon as I exit out of the program it for some reason seems to default back to off despite me saving the settings. I've tried forcing it through nvidiainspector, but again no luck I'm still getting high frame rates. Anyone know whats going on here? How do I enable vsync and why are none of these things working?
  8. So I've been having this issue lately, and I have no idea why. I've just started the STEP install process and so far have only gotten to the first benchmark, so all I've done is install the Utilities and updated the ini's through MO. Other than that its a completely vanilla version of Skyrim, in fact I just formatted my PC yesterday and reinstalled Steam and Skyrim. Any help why this is happening and how to fix it at this point would be appreciated. The only other thing I thought was a little odd is after installing Wrye Bash I do have a bashed patch showing up in my list of mods in MO despite having not used it for anything yet.
