I tried that, and nope, still not working :/ However, I just managed to make it work by enabling the "Administrator" account, so it's probably a permission problem indeed, but I can't understand why it wouldn't work on my account. I even tried adding "Everyone" with Full control over the Skyrim folder, but it's still not working...

Hi! I'm trying to get the skyrim mod organizer (installed in the skyrim folder) work on a clean installation of Skyrim, but I get this error whenever I try to launch either the SKSE/the game itself: "failed to spawn 'skse_loader.exe'/'TESV.exe': failed to start process (Access is denied. [5]). (I tried with the 1.2.18 and the 1.3b version, didn't work in either case) I checked all permissions for the Skyrim folder, disabled my antivirus software, tried to launch the Mod Organizer as Administrator (though I have UAC deactivated (Windows 8.1) so it shouldn't be necessary), I even tried to move Skyrim folder or even the whole Steam folder (thinking that maybe it was related to some weird permissions of the Program Files folder), but it's still not working.... So I was wondering if anyone had any other idea on how to solve this problem? :) Thank you! :)
