Is it possible to implement this feature or it's there already?

I have multiple texture packs installed on my Fallout NV game. I understand that you can change the priority of the packs and hide individual texture. Also I know you can preview the conflicting textures in the data section. What I'm wondering is if it's possible to have the feature like this tool where you can preview the textures and select which one you want to use. I think it would be highly useful to integrate this feature in MO or is it there already? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19337/?
