  1. Hey there I have a question regarding LOD generation, mostly to help my understanding of the process. I have generated the LOD files for a small mod setup without problems. I am installing the mod Skyland - Imperial Forts and Dungeons (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/16354?tab=description) which says it includes LOD files for its assets. When adding those using MO2, it says it replaces files in the DynDOLOD Resources SE package. Should I allow this and use the LOD files from the mod creator, or should I always use the LOD files from the resource package? My thoughts are that I would use the mod supplied files, but most of the resources I've look at say the DynDOLOD package should be at the bottom when running DynDOLOD, so I'm not sure which way to go. Or I could place the mod package wherever I like and hide the DynDOLOD LOD files that conflict to use the mod supplied files. Or are the mod supplied files pregenerated LOD files that I should ignore if I'm building my LOD files using DynDOLOD? Or am I just getting myself confused? Any help would be appreciated.
  2. Hi all, I hope this is the right place to provide a small bit of feedback I thought about during my STEP install. In the section regarding INI settings, and in particular the small highlight regarding the use of the MO Configurator method, it might pay to indicate that when selecting the relevant section from the combo box, that setting for options common to both skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini are displayed under the one group. For example, in the guide there are recommended changes to the display section of both skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini. I had long avoided using the configurator as I wasn't sure if I should be looking for two distinct display options in the (reasonably long) combo box list. Having now realised that the settings for both INI files appear under the one display heading in the combo box, and they are correctly saved to their respective files automatically, I feel much more at ease using the configurator. Just for thoughts anyway Simon
  3. I hope this thread isn't too old for expending on. I have MO telling me Move Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade after Traps Make Noise - More Dangerous TrapsMove Alternate Start - Live Another Life after Complete Crafting Overhaul RemadeI would like to ensure no in game problems with my mods (and more so a bit OCD and don't want the warning displayed), but I don't really have any idea how to resolve this issue, other than clicking the fix button. I understand that the fix is just to move CCOR somewhere between TMN and LAL, but I don't understand the rationale in doing so. None of these mods are listed in each others conflicting files list, so I assume the conflict comes from the script functionality. Is there some method of seeing where exactly this conflict is, so I can determine a fix, or at least know what to expect in game if I leave as is?
