In the end if nothing works, I will be getting a new hard drive in a few weeks and doing a fresh OS install. I can see if things work after that.

Nothing has been downloading, and Skyrim is the only game I've used with MO. Just got rebooted my computer a few times, seems like MO only likes to run the first time on a boot, then once closed, I am not able to re-open it.

I have done that, and I've tried to open up MO again. It has a process running at more CPU than it usually does, and less memory usage. I've let this sit and run for a while without anything happening.

Everything should have been a fresh install. Edit: Although I think there might have been a few Dual sheath redux files that would not be completely removed.

I've just recently installed MO to replace NMM. After finishing moving all of my files to MO and attempting to download more, I've ran into some problems with Windows attempting to run another MO process if it is already open when I try to download with manager. Now more recently MO doesn't seem to be opening in general, all it does is start a process that uses up 15% of my CPU and then hangs, not even the MO splash will appear. https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Ares90000/SystemSpecs If needed, running on Windows 7
