  1. Scratch that.. still happening. Unsure why. LOOT reports 125 active plugins with a total of 145. Here's load order if it helps. Please check STEP Community Citizenship Guidelines for details on how to add spoiler tags around long text sections.
  2. Looks like i may have set my vram in enblocal to 28GB rather than 2GB.. Looks like that was the problem! Thanks fella :)
  3. Hello everyone. I've recently decided to play through New Vegas again leading up to Fallout 4's release, so i used this guide and followed it closely to get everything right. I'm worried however that i must have made a mistake along the way regarding plugin count. The game itself runs smoothly, i only dip below 60FPS sometimes when entering an area. Anyway i ended up with a plugin count of 144. I do not know what the appropriate count is but i know simply having one that is too high will cause the game engine to soil itself regardless. I consistently get either straight up CTD or lockup or even infinite loading screen after maybe ten minutes of play. It's making the game impossibly to enjoy and get immersed in. I have these merged mods created as detailed on the guide: Merged fixes NV Uncut Merge Sandbox6 Merge Yuki Merge Machienzo Merge I also followed the wrye flash instructions, except for going through and applying tags to every single mod.. as i was rather tired at the time. If that's the problem i'll be sure to fix it. Any help is appreciated!
  4. Thanks for the replies guys. Yeah i've heard the horror stories about whatever engine skyrim uses and how it's a bit terribad performance-wise.. I'll install just the core mods and see how it works out. I don't think there's a bottleneck in my system, there was, and i got a new graphics card to fix it.
  5. Okay so here is the link to my system spec page: https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Zanuka/SystemSpecs Am i wrong to think my system should have no issues running just the core mods of step? Even then i will avoid texture enhancing mods as much as possible. No matter how hard i try it seems i always get micro-stutters and odd fps drops. The constant mild sluggishness makes it difficult to enjoy the game. I'm by no means a tech-savvy kind of person, but i understand how to install mods and i follow the STEP instructions to the letter. I'm starting to think it's just my system's interaction with skyrim. Something is amiss.. I haven't played skyrim in some time for this reason, so i'm going to try again. I just want to know should my system be capable of running the core mods at 60fps 1080p? Or do i need to trim down?
