Silly me. I somehow replaced the d3d9.dll thus disabling the ENB fix. Now my game runs smoothly(fingers crossed). I got so much faith in the Mod Manager that I forgot about all the other stuff. Thank you all for your help. I hope I won't be needing it anytime soon.
