Can MO 2 be used with Skyrim and if so what are the benefits?

Can we get a toggle in the Right Pane to only show active .esp's and a Priority count that only shows these active .esp's or add a toggle the Mod Index to have a true count and not EE? This way when we go past our 255 limit we can see an actual count. Loading different profiles one does not always remember what is added or needed.

I am referencing to the Nexus ones or screenshots (Non-Nexus) we can take of it in game. I would not mind if I have to hand place them. Something to look at so we can remember what it was and save a ton of time. If implemented please allow multiple photos for texture mods sake. Thank you for your response. :D

I would like to make a suggestion to implement in the information area a picture display of items in the mod like NMM had. I have over 3k mods and forget what most of the armors or followers look like. If we could down load a picture to a folder and access it in the information section then it will save time loading the mod and console command help to find the item just to see what it looks like. This would also help when the mod is taken down from nexus or other sites. I would say this is the single one feature I am wanting to see MO acquire that will make modding Skyrim a blessing. Thanks ahead of time!
