I don't think so, I mean the camera is completely broken.

No, I didn't, but I will check the ini files. Maybe a mod changed them.

After I followed the step guide and started skyrim the camera became bugged. It floats above the character and when i move it shifts up and down, this happens if i change between both third/first person.
