Hello, I am trying to install the mod SKY UI. When I attempt the installation I get the warning "Running External Installer. Note: This Installer will not be aware of other installed mods." I researched it and found out that I need to enable support for external FOMODs. I did this by downloading and installing the "NCC Downgrader" from Nexus. I extracted the 7zip into the Mod Organizer folder. How ever I am not sure if this is installed correctly. I looked in the Plugins tab of the settings window and see it in the list but do not know if or how to enable it. I do not have the Installer tab that is shown in the video guide "Mod Organizer: A Beginner's and Advanced Tutorial" which I found in the MO - Video Guides Forum. Should I still be getting the aforementioned warning if the NCC is installed correctly? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm using the installer version. Should I uninstall Python? Please ignore this topic. All I needed to do was enable run as admin and it installed fine. Sorry for the bother.

Hello. I'm new to STEP. I'm trying to install Step but when I do I quickly get an error that says "Error opening file for writing C:Program Files (x86)Mod OrganizerModOrganizer.exe Click Abort , Retry to try again, or Ignore to skip this file. Retry produces the same results. I am running WIn 8.1, have installed the 32 bit version of Python, and have 7zip installed if that matters. On another note I used a MO guide referenced through the Nexus page https://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Mod_Organizer. This page told me I needed to run Python and provided this link https://www.python.org/download/releases/2.7.6/. This page has 4 versions for Windows available. Windows x86 MSI Installer (2.7.6) (sig) Windows x86 MSI program database (.7.6) (sig) Windows x86-64 Installer (2.7.6) [1] (sig) Windows x86-64 program database (2.7.6) [1] sig I'm assuming that the bottom 2 are the 64 bit versions of Python. What is the difference between the top to programs and which one should I use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
